A total of three rehabilitated canal mills located in the vicinity of Regato da Goleta, a hydronym of Arabic origin with the meaning of "mouth of the river" and related to the Latin gula ("throat") according to Nicandro Ares (2013). From top to bottom they receive the name of Mill of Covelo, lower (da Volta) and upper (do Alto) respectively.
